I am a Nuclear Medicine Specialist with extensive experience delivering and developing services across regional and metropolitan New South Wales. I have lived and worked in regional communities, including Port Macquarie, and currently serves as a Staff Specialist at Gosford and Wollongong Hospitals.

I have been instrumental in establishing and expanding nuclear medicine services in regional settings, including contributing to the development of PET-CT capability and leading the growth of a sustainable nuclear medicine service at Gosford over the past eight years. My work reflects a strong commitment to improving equitable access to advanced imaging and therapies for patients outside major metropolitan centres.

I have a particular interest in theranostics and have been involved in enabling theranostic clinical trials within the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. I am a strong advocate for expanding access to these emerging treatments across regional Australia.

I bring a consistent focus on quality improvement and system-level impact, with experience in developing departmental protocols, contributing to education and research committees, and participating in healthcare accreditation processes through HETI. My approach emphasises safe, effective, and sustainable service delivery.

As a committed educator, I am an examiner for the nuclear medicine trainee OAT examinations and I contribute to medical student teaching through the University of Newcastle. I am also an active participant in multidisciplinary oncology teams across colorectal, urological, haematological, and thyroid cancers, supporting integrated, patient-centred care.

With formal training in public health and leadership, I have a collaborative and pragmatic perspective, with a strong commitment to advancing equitable, high-quality nuclear medicine services across Australia.

I believe my demonstrated ability and experience in regional and metropolitan healthcare and in improving theranostic access to regional Australia, will allow me to contribute positively as a board director.
