Jayne Senior

Jayne Senior has over 20 years’ experience in Executive roles across a range of industries including Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare.

Jayne was educated in the UK and has an honours degree in Genetics, as well as masters degrees in Clinical Genetics and Bio-Aeronautics. In addition, she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and is a Graduate of the AICD.

After a short period as a Research Associate in Clinical Genetics, Jayne has held senior positions at Executive level working across many sectors and countries, within global multinationals as well as private companies operating in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and food.

Until recently, Jayne was employed at ANSTO which she joined in 2016 as the General Manager of the new Mo-99 manufacturing subsidiary where she was responsible for the transition from construction to operation of the new facility. Subsequently she worked in several roles, being responsible for leading ANSTO’s commercial portfolio which included Nuclear Medicine as well as ANSTO’s Minerals, Irradiations and Radiation Services businesses.

As part of her ANSTO role, Jayne also sat on the ANSTO Nuclear Medicine Working Group and has also worked with AANMS in that capacity.

She graduated from the AICD Company Directors course in 2013 and is currently a member of the AICD and Women on Boards.

She was a Non-Executive Director on three boards while in Melbourne, including one which was an Industry Body.

She is a Non-Executive Director of The Better Healthcare Technology Foundation and has been since May 2021. The Foundation is related to ACPSEM.

She is also a Non-Executive Director of The Arthritis Movement and have been since May 2021 also. In addition, she is a member of its Finance, Risk, Audit and Compliance Committee as well as its Fundraising and Marketing Committee.

Jayne has recently taken on the role of Treasurer for Women in Nuclear Australia.
